Open and print the 2008 Cheerleading Registration Form. Fill in (please print) all required information. Be sure to fill in a Job Code. Two or more participants requires two Jobs, or pay an extra $50.00 non-participation fee per child. Once complete, mail it, along with payment (check or money order) to the address below. If you prefer, you may bring it in on any of the in-person registration dates. Checks should be made payable to the A.H.Y.A.A.
