  HEAD COACH

The ultimate responsibility for each team and every player rests with the head coach. You will be responsible for organizing and running practice session’s three weeks before the season begins and throughout the season. Responsibilities include teaching the basic fundamentals of the game, instilling sportsmanship and discipline and assuring that all participants play. Must authorize full background check.
No one is guaranteed the job of Head Coach.
  ASSISTANT COACH

Will assist the head coach in all aspects of teaching the fundamentals of football and running practices.
  ASSISTANT EQUIPMENT MANAGER

Assist Equipment Manager with determining requirements, ordering, receiving, and sorting of equipment prior to distribution to players.
  EQUIPMENT DISTRIBUTION OR RETURN

Help out with the distribution and/or return of Cowboys football gear. Aid Equipment Manager in process of preparing and providing gear to players before and/or after the football season based upon needs of equipment manager.
  FLAG ASSISTANT

Work with Flag Manager on management of the in-house Cowboy Flag football program.
  REGISTRATION PROCESSING

Participate in the registration process. Assignments will include assisting at registration desk on registration dates and processing of registration forms.
  CONCESSION STAND

All teams are required to work the concession stand for a specified date and time – normally 1 to 2 hours. This will not occur during your child’s game time..
  TEAM BUSINESS MANAGER

Work with the team coaches in day-to-day team related business (i.e. team rosters, funding, team parties etc.).
  SCOREBOARD OPERATOR

Become truly involved in your child’s game by performing this important role for players and spectators alike.
  CHAIN GANG

On game days, three parents will be needed to handle yard markers and down markers on the sideline. Home games only.

Join the fun! Set the announcer schedule and recruit parents to announce at each Sunset Meadows home game.
  FIELD SET-UP/TEARDOWN COORDINATOR

Assist Cowboy coaches and players in the set-up and tear down of game day equipment including field markers and scoreboards.
