Open the 2008 Registration Form and type in all required information. Be sure to fill in a Job Code. If you cannot help, select "Job Code - 0 Cannot Help". You will be charged an additional $50.00. Once complete, mail it, along with payment (check or money order), and copy of birth certificate (if new Flag or Tackle Player) to the address below. If you prefer, you may bring it in on any of the in-person registration dates. Checks should be made payable to the A.H.Y.A.A. Note: Players without birth certificates on file will not be allowed to practice. |
