Please read the following prior to using On-Line Registration : |

- Due to the different fee structures, you must register for Tackle and Flag separately.
|
| |
|
- You may create an account with Active.com or you may register as a Guest (recommended).
|
| |
|
- Prior to registering, determine which Job Code you wish to select. If you are registering more than one participant, select the same Job Code each time (You will be asked to select a Job Code for each person registered). However, if you select Code "0 - Cannot Help", select Code "0a - Cannot Help Addl. Sibling Registration" for all subsequent registrants. This will prevent you from being charged the $50.00 surcharge more than once. Anyone selecting "0a" only, without first selecting Code "0", will be billed $50.00.

- If your child is a first year Flag or Tackle player, you must mail a copy of their birth certificate to the A.H.Y.A.A office. Players will not be allowed to practice until a birth certificate is on file. Details are provided on the registration confirmation.

Active.com Registration fees apply as follows: Flag - $1.00/Registrant + 6.5% (Example: Resident with a Job Code - Registration Fee = $6.85)
Tackle - $5.50/Registrant + 3.5% (Example : Resident with a Job Code - Registration Fee = $13.20) Payment methods: Visa / MasterCard / American Express |
